Q. How does it work?
A. Voicelink's Unlimited Long Distance plan is easier to use than a regular calling card! In your welcome letter you will be given an access number and PIN. Anytime you want to make a call, simply dial the access number from any phone, enter your PIN, and then dial the number you're calling! Many of our members put their access number into the speed dial program on their phones for quicker dialing.

Q. Do I need to switch from my current telephone service?
A. No. It doesn't matter who your current local or cell phone provider is, you don't need to do anything but dial the access number and pin provided in order to take advantage of unlimited long distance. Voicelink is not a replacement for your current local phone service. Many of our customers cancel their long distance carrier and only keep their local service to avoid any additional long distance charges.

Q. Can I only call at certain times?
A. You can make a call whenever you want! Not just on the weekends or after 9pm...anytime you want! Call early, call late, call anytime! The choice is yours!

Q. Are there any additional fees?
A. No, there are registration fees, cancellation fees, per minute charges, per call charges, or any other hidden charges. For one low monthly flat rate, you can call all you want!

Q. Can anyone sign-up?
A. Yes, as long as you are a resident in the United States.

Q. How long will it take from the time I receive my welcome letter until my service works?
A. You can begin using the service instantly. Once you get your letter you may begin using your access number and PIN to make calls.

Q. Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
A. Absolutely not. You are free to discontinue service at anytime by calling our customer service department at 1-866-480-0048.

Q. Does this plan only cover international calling?
A. No, the great benefit of our plan is that you can call both domestically to anywhere in the states along with over 80 countries and regions as listed in our Country List. You can enjoy these benefits from your home phone, cell phone, or any other phone except pay phones.

Q. Do I need a computer or special equipment?
A. No, there is no internet connection required. All you need is a telephone.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. You may cancel your Unlimited Long Distance Service by notifying our Customer Service Department. You may cancel at any time by calling 1-866-480-0048.

Q. Does the person I’m calling have to be a Voicelink customer?
A. No. You can call anyone, anywhere for one low monthly fee. (some restrictions apply)
